Kevin Soules is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney. Kevin’s practice specializes in patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical, electrical, electronics, data processing, and electro-mechanical arts. Kevin has also handled intellectual property litigation, including a recent jury trial for a copyright infringement dispute.
Mr. Soules graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2009. His undergraduate studies were also at the University of New Mexico where he received honors while pursuing concurrent degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics. He worked as a research assistant at BUAP University in Puebla, Mexico, developing software to model classical and quantum dynamic systems.
Mr. Soules is also an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law teaching a course on patent law.
