Kevin Soules

Kevin Soules is a registered patent attorney, specializing in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for complex technology. Kevin has worked closely with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to help them develop a robust IP portfolio. Kevin also has experience handling intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Soules graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2009. His undergraduate studies were also at the University of New Mexico where he received honors while pursuing concurrent degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics. He worked as a research assistant at BUAP University in Puebla, Mexico, developing software to model classical and quantum dynamic systems.

Mr. Soules has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, teaching a course on patent law.
