Other Details

Caroline Bryce

Caroline’s practice focuses on domestic and international brand protection strategies, including trademark selection, clearance searching, trademark registration, and enforcement. Her practice also includes copyright matters and intellectual property agreements including non-disclosure agreements, licenses, and assignments.  Caroline has represented clients in several industries including apparel, cosmetics, retail, food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and health care, among many others.

During law school Caroline took every intellectual property course the school offered, including a trademark law class that solidified her interest in the practice. Her experience working her way through college as a chocolatier and then for a large technology retailer gives her a unique perspective on how businesses present themselves and how they reach their target clients. Her real-world experience with brand management is the perfect backdrop to the trademark and brand development advice she gives to her clients today.

Her attention to detail and willingness to take a deep dive into big projects is essential in helping clients identify potential issues and long-term solutions. A fastidious attorney, Caroline regularly spots potential problems clients have not yet contemplated, and her ability to conceptualize her clients’ needs within the context of their day-to-day business elevates the counsel she provides on a daily basis.
